This company was celebrating a business excellence award that was presented to them by President Bush.  We transformed their parking lot into a Hollywood themed event. As the guests arrived, they were treated to valet service. Guests entered on a red carpet and signed in.  A paparazzi photographer was used to photograph the arrival of each of the guests.  One tent was used for the food, bar and guest seating.  Another tent was used as a cocktail and dancing area.  A four piece jazz band played in the background.
