This product launch was designed to be fun, dymanic and appeal to teens. A new gaming platform was being introduced and the goal was to have 3,000 participants attend. The client decided on a local water park for their location. Shuttle busses were used to transport guests from various parking overflow areas. A casual picnic style menu was served. A stage and DJ to maintain the feeling of energy throughout their event. Behind the DJ, a video wall was erected to show live feed from several videographers capturing the fun and excitement of the game lab. Branded Hummer vehicles were parked near the entrance. Guests were greeted by company personnel and given bags filled with related products. Celebrity althletes were enlisted to sign autographs. We worked closely with an advertising agency on this project. This product launch was a huge success and the participants actually totalled 4,000!
